A little about myself

Hey everyone! It’s never easy to say hello and volunteer information about myself, but here it goes! I graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program in 2021. Since graduating, I moved to Turner Valley and started practicing in a Chiropractic Clinic in Okotoks. In January 2022 I had the opportunity to start up my own practice. Here I planned to ease into business ownership and let word of mouth spread slowly so that I could do my own thing part-time. However, you guys spread the news like wild fire and I was able to quit my part-time job and pursue my own business as of December 2021. This happened so much quicker than I could have imagined, and I have each and every one of you to thank! 

When I am not working, I am usually found spending time with my family, walking the dogs, or tending to my plants. (Hence the desire to care for others). We spend our time camping in the summer months or enjoy staying in on the cold nights playing games or completing puzzles. (I may soon open my own puzzle shop as I’ve acquired so many).

I always chat with my clients prior to the massage to try and understand what they are wanting out of their treatment. From here I choose my techniques and build a treatment plan for you! I am able to be adaptable with everyone and want my clients to feel safe within the treatment space.
